Texas Petitions EPA to Reconsider Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding

On February 16, Governor Rick Perry announced the State of Texas was filing a petition requesting EPA to reconsider its finding that greenhouse gas emissions endanger public health and welfare.  This comes on the heels of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce filing challenging EPA's triggering of the Clean Air Act with this endangerment finding.
